This course is aimed at pharmacists and aims to explain the science behind the different types of dietary fibre, current UK intakes of fibre and the foods that provide fibre in the diet, and the practical ways that people can increase their fibre intake, including case studies with specific information on a number of health conditions.

On successful completion of a final assessment, a personalised BNF certificate is created. (The final assessment may be repeated.)
